I sprang to my dashboard to see what would come.
Away to the interface, I flew like a flash,
Pulled up my tools to track AGVs move the stash.
The lasers they guided with pinpoint precision,
Navigating each route with LiDAR’s clear vision.
When what to my wondering eyes should appear,
Metrics and KPI’s crystal clear.
With software to manage, so insightful and true,
I knew AGVs would make all my ROI dreams come true.
More efficient than forklifts, the AGVs came,
And they whirred and they beeped as they performed tasks by name:
“Now, Lift! Now, Transport! Now, traverse racks with great safety!
Hand off pallets from stackers, to reach trucks to VNAs without haste ye!
To the high bay racks! To the warehouse floor!
We knew in hearts manual material handling was no more”
As data streamed quickly through the system they traced,
The warehouse transformed into a seamless, elevated space.
So up to the high bays, the AGVs precisely place pallets,
They work 24/7 and never with malice.
The AGVs movement was smooth, its purpose was clear,
To optimize inbound to outbound with nothing to fear.
In a blink of a safety light and a turn of its wheels,
Automated Guided Vehicles proved they were the real deal.
With AGVs humming, the warehouse took flight,
Streamlined and efficient, working so right.
With AGVs in my warehouse, navigating aisles so tight
I called my wife and said, “Honey, I’ll actually be home tonight.”
